WolfMark is currently in development. This policy describes the intended privacy posture for the app and will be updated before any public release if features such as accounts, sync, analytics, purchases, or online services are added.

Information We Collect

WolfMark is intended to open, display, edit, and save Markdown or text files that you choose on your Mac.

The current app direction does not require you to create an account with Dancing Wolf Software. We do not operate analytics, advertising, or tracking systems in the current WolfMark milestone.

Local Files

WolfMark may read and write the files you open or create in the app. Those files remain in their existing filesystem locations unless you choose to save or move them elsewhere.

Because WolfMark works with ordinary local files, the privacy of your documents also depends on where you store them, such as local disk, iCloud Drive, external drives, shared folders, or other sync services you use.

Online Services

WolfMark is designed to be local/offline by default. If future versions add online services, account features, crash reporting, purchases, or sync integrations, this policy will be updated before those features are included in a public release.
