Dancing Wolf Software builds Fish Tank Tracker with privacy-conscious defaults. This policy explains how Fish Tank Tracker handles information.

Information We Collect

Fish Tank Tracker stores aquarium information you enter, such as tank details, livestock, maintenance notes, photos, water readings, dosing schedules, and reminder settings.

The app does not require you to create an account with Dancing Wolf Software. We do not operate analytics, advertising, or tracking systems in Fish Tank Tracker.

iCloud Sync

If iCloud is enabled for the app, your app data may sync through Apple's CloudKit service using your Apple account. Dancing Wolf Software does not receive direct access to your iCloud account credentials.

Photos, Camera, and Notifications

If you choose to add images, the app may ask for access to your photo library or camera. Photos are used only for the features you select inside the app. If you enable reminders or alerts, the app may ask for notification permission so it can deliver those reminders on your device.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Dancing Wolf Software does not receive your full payment card details.
